SARA, a multifaceted singer-songwriter from a small town in Germany, now based in London, blends noughties-inspired pop rock with a personal touch. Her anthemic melodies, nostalgic sounds, and honest lyrics create "main character energy," giving listeners a movie soundtrack to their lives. Over the past year, SARA has been living out her childhood aspirations, collaborating with Grammy-winner Chris Sclafani (Ed Sheeran, Halsey). With her third single just released, SARA is just beginning to carve her path!

Luvleelou

Indie pop duo Luvleelou joins Pop Fuss to discuss their debut EP "Welcome to the Introverts Club." From Quebec City, Jay and Veronika met serendipitously and not only did they form a musical partnership, but they proudly proclaim their love as a couple. Their closeness is evident in their bright, sunny pop, but they don't shy away from exploring more challenging issues that we all face. The group has been an instant hit with fans as their songs have streamed well over a million times and they continue to build their "tribe" with tens of thousands of followers. We discuss their beginnings, their meet up, how they chose their unique band name, and their plans for playing live for the very first time!

The Argument

The Argument is back! Scott and Chris from the band join Pop Fuss to discuss the band's history, their ups, downs, and "pinch me" moments. We chat about their challenges in the music business back in the early 2000's, and their resurrection (New songs!) and reunion show! Best known for their 2004 LP "Recess Serenade," The Argument was a buzz band on the radar of every power pop fan "back in the heyday" and the record is still adored by their fans. In the last 18 months we've gotten three new songs (all great!) and we get a sneak peek of their soon-to-be-released tune (It's fab!).

MEGG joins Pop Fuss!

LA’s South Bay born & raised alternative artist, MEGG, blends her love for pop music with her punk rock roots to create a fearless sound for the tomboys, loudmouths, romantics, and all the misfits in-between. As one of the first five vocalists to graduate from USC’s Popular Music Performance Program in the Thornton School of Music, MEGG has shared the stage with many legends, has performed the National Anthem at Dodger games, and you may also recognize her from her memorable appearance on NBC’s The Voice. A signed songwriter with Reel Muzik Werks Publishing, MEGG's voice blends the fiery energy of Hayley Williams and the raw edge of Joan Jett, all wrapped in a nostalgic, early-2000s vibe. She dropped seven singles in 2024, with her latest banger, "The End," debuting last week. We talk about it all, including her upcoming gigs performing at this year's Warped Tour!
